Won't be able to refresh the squad here either.Overstay and not been able to fully refresh his squad at Burnley would explain the downward trajectory IMO.

Don’t you have a Tommy Robinson March or something to be at?
He will in the summer. Sale of Gordon and possibly Pickford will put us right with FFP.Won't be able to refresh the squad here either.
Very right.L
So I was right then.
Who cares, where did it get you?Four years on the spin?
We're Everton mateIt was acceptable for Burnley. It's why they kept him for that long.
This. I’d kill for a couple of nothing seasons bouncing between 9th and 14th. These last 2 seasons have been utterly miserable.Obviously not the favorite appointment, but it says something about where Everton are right now. We are fighting for the second season in a row to avoid relegation.
To me, Dyche symbolizes something that we have slowly but surely lost along the way in our quest to fight with the big boys, namely a solid work ethic and resilience. Without this, it is impossible to achieve success. So in a way this symbolizes a restart.
I'll take happy survival in the PL, and a couple of seasons in the middle of the table with a group of players who show a high work ethic and resilience, maybe not the world's sexiest football, but it's been a long time since we've seen anything like that anyway.
Only a picky point so apologies it's not FFP we are worried about it's the premier league's profit and loss rules. The FFP rules only come into play if you're playing in Europe which I suspect is a few seasons away unfortunately. He will in the summer. Sale of Gordon and possibly Pickford will put us right with FFP.
We are...We're Everton mate
