The club did say "hopefully by Friday", then the reports changed to "over the weekend".

As long as the players are coming in behind the scenes they can announce this when they want next week.

Its just annoying, same as when we sacked Lampard...i mean why wait so long. The cogs at this club turn way to slowly!!
I think the decisions take it out of old Billie boy and he has to take an afternoon nap after each one before he has energy to speak to website team...

They can, the point is more why take so long, a quick “Everton are delighted to announce Sean Dyche as the new manager” tweet and everyone is sorted. It’s just annoying more than a requirement.

Club is called slow and laments the media leaking things first yet they don’t seem in any rush to change that perception.

The club is a joke the entire world talks about things before they announce what's the point waiting for the interview, announce with a short statement then put the interview out later.

We were only relegated once under Sean. He will keep Everton up without a doubt. He will ensure every one of your players puts a shift and fight for the shirt. Time for all Everton fans to get behind him and the team. As he said to us many times, 'We go again' and you will. He will get a result against Arsenal. In Sean you trust.

No.
