2022/23 Sean Dyche

I don’t know why Everton have to wait until they have a whole load of media and videos done before announcing anything. What was wrong with the old days of a club statement for an announcement then the media came later. It’s the same with the signings now as well, no announcement until there’s an interview to go with it.
Social media age, everything has turned be done with Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube in mind

They can, the point is more why take so long, a quick “Everton are delighted to announce Sean Dyche as the new manager” tweet and everyone is sorted. It’s just annoying more than a requirement.

Club is called slow and laments the media leaking things first yet they don’t seem in any rush to change that perception.

We all know it to be true. And we've been told the sticking point is back room staff negotiating their positions/salary. The emphasis is on players coming in.

This is it, all time and priority has to be given to this. Dont know what the stress is, hes been out of work for 18 months and no other PL team is without a manager and that's not going to change between now and Monday.

I can imagine the club wanting a big unveiling of manager and players spread out over the Monday and Tuesday and taking a sense of hope and unity into the Arsenal game.

My thinking to mate, create a feel good wave and hope to quell unrest ahead of a home game.

Working to its all gone very quiet on the protest front since Lampard got the guillotine, even Moshiri's interview seems to have swayed a few, interesting the timing of the minority investment links in the media as well.....

Yeah, 3 guesses as to who is behind that. Sod it, just get it done NOW and get him working with the players and get busy bringing some new faces in.

Moshers is doing his medical as we speak

Finger up the bum stage I've heard
A medical for Dyche is a dustbin lid food challenge, followed by hot wings challenge, down 4 pints of mild in 4 minutes, 10 shots of flaming sambucas in one minute and arm wrestling the doorman.

Heard that he got a kebab on the way home after he passed it.

It could if Leicester get beat and Dyche still lives in the Midlands, I believe. Would be typical Everton.

I think your being a bit optimistic there, judging on our clubs previous actions.
They make us wait and wait so that we are grateful when something eventually happens.
