Obviously most reports you take with a pinch of salt. But if what has been said about bielsa's demands are true, and the fact we are talking about Everton ( Where nothing surprises us ) this whole saga could have played out quite funny. Dyche gets named manager on Saturday and then come Sunday we see pictures of Bielsa working with the youth teams..
I think that’s why Davide Ancelotti’s name surfaced. They might have approached him for the 6 month role.

Just don’t see us scoring enough under this fella to stay up - please prove me wrong.

Whoever the manager is, get the Gordon deal done and get some bloody players in EFC. It’s criminal how badly we are tan as a football club.

I wouldn't see us scoring enough under any manager. We just don't have enough players capable to score goals.

Of course were not scoring enough with this clown

Its our biggest weakness and its not been addressed in any way with his appointment.

Probably best to judge after we’ve signed some players

I don’t want him either, but the clowns are the board who appointed him. If it’s him that’s our next manager, we need to back him like we did with Lampard and get behind the team. The risk of not doing so is too great

Still no confirmation.

Everton don’t know the meaning of the word pace… in all respects we don’t have any!

I don’t know why Everton have to wait until they have a whole load of media and videos done before announcing anything. What was wrong with the old days of a club statement for an announcement then the media came later. It’s the same with the signings now as well, no announcement until there’s an interview to go with it.

He’s going to fit right in here … the amount of players he’s signed in the autumn of their career is scary …. Drink water jon walters crouch etc … he defo loves an old pro … the Everton retirement home will be busy

Time will tell on this one, if he manages to keep us up, he will have been a good appointment. If, however, he takes us down it will be a different situation. If we go down I think we would have been better placed with a man like Bielsa, who would have relished ripping it all apart and laying some good foundations. The biggest thing against Bielsa, in my opinion, was that he would almost definitely taken us down this season, whereas Dyche has an outside chance of grinding out enough points to keep us up.

Where we would go in the future, should Dyche keep us up, God knows. I just don't see him as the type of manager to build anything other than a team which will stay in the premier league at best. I hope I am wrong and he can build a side we can get behind. Stranger things have happened. Anyway if/when his appointment is announced, I will give him the benefit of the doubt and get behind him.

Yes, just announce it officialy if its signed and sealed. Joke we have to get all the news from leaks...
Exactly. Literally nobody is arsed about him sitting down to do his "media duties", just announce it and spend every waking minute working on new transfers until the window closes.
