I won't listen to a Villa fan tell me what's best for Everton. I'm happy to discuss the merits of a future Everton manager with Evertonians.
I am not trying to tell you to accept your lot. As I have said, I like Everton. All I am doing is expressing my opinion which is that Everton need to do something drastic to avoid relegation. I hope u get it right. I think Dyche would be a great appointment as he would give you a chance. I think Bielsa would be `a disaster of an appointment as your squad wouldn't cope with his style this season. Maybe, given the summer he could turn it around but not in the short term

I've read plenty about him. I've also seen what he's like with my eyes and had plenty of discussions with my Burnley supporting friends about him.I put it to you that you know the square root of nothing when if comes to the man.
He revolutionised Burnleys whole football operations from what you are describing to a very modern version.
Suggest you do a bit of reading up on the guy.

He is a disgrace.
Eddie Howe has arguably the finest DoF in the country buying him players. We have arguably the worst.This is me trying to throw a bit of positivity in just in case this does happen. It is possible that Dyche could do better than he has the last few seasons if he is properly supported by the club and supporters. Take Eddie Howe for instance. Not many of us ever wanted him near the club for very good reason but he has proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that with the right club and backing he can do a lot better than he ever previously did which is clearly shown below.

Of course Newcastle are currently ran miles better than us so this scenario is probably more unlikely than likely but hey ho, i had to throw a positive thought in instead of being completely negative all the time.
There is an argument that if Brands had been left to do his job him and Howe might have done well. As it stands Everton would have eaten him alive. We just aren't a constructive place for managers at the minute.
