Its hardly his fault if the budget they have is smaller than others is it to do those things.

You have pigeon holed the guy which is absolutely your right but it's very narrow minded.
He's not pigeon holed him, he's seen 10 years of his teams. And they're all the same.

He will take us down anyway. Where everyone has got this notion that he is some kind of mastermind is beyond me. Our squad is far weaker than all of those about us and he has nothing about him to get us out of it without players coming in.

The style of player he would want is clearly at odds with the DoF and, even of by some miracle he wanted to break the habit of a lifetime and sign a good player, which good footballer in their right mind would want to comeninto a relegation battle to play for Sean bloody Dyche?? Makes us an even less appealing proposition to potential signings than before.
It is difficult to disagree with anything you are saying but has it not got to the stage where any manager will struggle to keep Everton up? Who is out there that would give you the best chance of staying up. If you are prepared to go down and rebuild I would go for someone like Carlos Corboran. I don't think any high profile manager will take the job in the current situation. I think someone like Amorin would be a perfect manager to get but u need to have funds for transfers and have PL status guaranteed for someone like him. I think Dyche could keep u up and then look to get a manager in that would excite the fans

Kompany has gutted the squad is not strictly true.
They lost 14 players through contracts running down. So naturally he's had to get players in to fill the squad.
They also had to sell Pope, McNeil, Cornet and Collins to bring money in. That's 18 players.
Its only natural the squad is gutted following relegation.
And they have more good footballers in the side now than they ever had under Dyche. Why is that I wonder ?
