He's at Hq in London this very minute.
Bill and Mosh have their offices there. Why is our HQ not in Merseyside
This is all so selective mate. His own fans were sick of his dire percentages game. All I used to hear from mates was how old-fashioned it all is. How it always made them feel like a non-league side playing a giant and how, he never really did anything of note to progress the playing style.
These dinosaurs always use excuses - "I'm judged unfairly because I'm English," "I don't have the players" etc. But they do absolutely nothing to change the situation - just like Allardyce with us.
Now, if you take Howe (not someone I wanted near Everton), his sides played good footie but were wide open. He did what Martinez should have done and went and studied the methods of Simeone and look at his side now. Retrograde, defensive managers never change their spots, when criticism arrives, it's always someone or something else's fault.

The wheels come off for him that last season, no doubt. He had a fair few mitigating circumstances .
I'm convinced if they kept Chris Wood (Newcastle activated his clause in the Jan window), they'd have stayed up at our expense.
I think the thing with Dyche is that he would only be appointed as a short term manager with the view of keeping EFC in the PL and potentially keeping EFC out of a relegation fight next season. But clearly, he is not the man to take EFC forward. EFC needs a progressive manager that will excite the fans and attract exciting players to the club. The dilemma for the Board is do they go for the long term manager (which may actually be impossible to appoint in the current situation) or go for the short term fix of getting Dyche in to play dreary football but picking up enough points to avoid an away trip to Rotherham next seasonCompletely agree bud.
I'm not convinced either but willing to give him a chance if he comes in. I do think he'll make us a lot more robust and appears to actually think about how to win matches. He's not perfect but then who is?
The fans needs to pipe down on the criticism of the new manager until June. Their role is to shut up or express their raucous support until the season ends. We cannot indulge egos right now. We're in a survival battle. Not sure everyone is gonna be pleased but we're gonna have to get behind him or we are doomed if not already... hope he kicks the squads arse at FF. Imo
10 years is about as long a run as you'll see in modern football. I think it was inevitable Burnley would eventually have a season where they went down because they didn't have the money to invest in the players you need to keep moving forward.Sure a Burnley fan came on here and said his control over everything and stubbornness with the players turned a tide against.
He'd been there 10 years. Things like that happen. When it's time up it's time up.
Wasn't it his number 2 who came in and got them back on side? They also had a couple of games in hand and a short window to play them in.
He said Everton had forgotten how to win matches. Hopefully if we appoint him, he can tell us...
Hoofball got us out of a mess in 94-95, then the season after we started to play better football. It won`t be an easy watch but is probably the best way to play us out of the mess we are in now. Long term I`d not want to watch it but if it`s the way to get us to stay up I`ll gladly watch it for a season or two.Everton just refuse to let their fans have any joy in their lives at all, do they?
I'm willing to wager that 80% of the Dyche cheerleaders on here are complaining about hoofball within 2 months. If you think the footy was bad under Benitez and Lampard, strap in.
Won’t have none of that foreign muck in the Sean Dyche thread, thanks.Vorsprung Dyche Technik
