What proof do you have of this though?

His stats don't back this up at all.

You cant just go, oh well he did well at this team so he'll automatically do well at our team.

Koeman was better then dyche he failed here. Ancelotti was miles better then dyche and he did a average here.

Dyche is a poor manager and will be another terrible appointment.

None of these except Tedesco and Favre would take the job right now and even then they'd need quite a lot of convincing. Favre has also just been sacked after doing horribly at OGC Nice.

From your posts you're obviously adamantly against Dyche.
So, who do you want in the job.
Bielsa would be a disaster with our current squad.

How much did Koeman spend? How much did Dyche spend? Burnley spent a reasonable amount like 6 years ago then made profits or barely spent since. Also his largest fee paid was about 15 million.

A good test of whether you've ever actually watched a Burnley game in much detail that I'm afraid - McNeil you can debate given he's so horrendously one footed. However: Brownhill is a key cog of the current Burnley side that is embarrassing the Championship under Kompany with their City-style passing play, Defour was unlucky with injuries but was great on the ball, and Westwood is a fantastic long passer.

Of course, your 'friends at the pub' who seem to follow Burnley will tell you this, but I dare say that doesn't fit the Sky Pundit narrative of Burnley under Dyche. Football teams are rarely that black and white - there's almost always technical quality in every side (its the Premier League!).

Pretty much mate - that's why we're so far down the league. I think there is some technical quality (Tarkowski not bad on the ball, Gordon and Gray, Iwobi) but confidence is so low, and players so poorly coached, that there's no room to show it. It's why I don't think Bielsa would be the disaster some are making it out to be - I'm in the really quite happy camp that I think both Bielsa and Dyche would keep us up; it's a damn sight better than Lampard or Vitor Pereira!!

Are you his agent or something? Brownhill is okay, not quality. Defour was okay for Liege he wasn't at Burnley. And Westwood really isn't a very good player. McNeil is genuinely one of the worst footballers I have ever seen. Even Dyche benched him.

You can say my 'mates down the pub' all you like but I have had the misfortune of watching Burnley on many occasions. A couple of times live and often on television and they were horrible to watch. None of those players are quality. They would not have spent so long at dross like Burnley if they were. The way you rate them makes me think you must be a big fan of the extremely poor players that litter our squad.
