I witnessed a few players doing some odd things today. They were petrified and that has to be on Dyche unfortunately. The shackles need to come off. I would sack him tonight, get Rogers in time for Leicester and hope we get that new manager bounce. It's the only roll of a dice we have left..

He should be sacked when we go down and a new up and coming manager appointed. However it's all pointless if he's have the same idiots running the show at board level. Unless they go we are League One bound. Here's hoping an investor sees long term value in buying us on the cheap over the summer and putting the proper personnel in place. But no matter what - Dyche goes.

Yes he's absolutely our major problem and shocking we didn't hire Upandcoming McPointy-Tactics instead.

Look I'm just really sick of him not making the right decisions on the field and relying on Senior Pro's to do their jobs and not untested youngsters.

Can't get my head around it.

I'm not sure how it's possible but we look even worse under Dyche than we did under Lampard.
One thing is for sure, when we go down and have to rebuild, we can't entrust that to this dinosaur.
He has to go - the championship is the kind of league where we can try and blood an up and coming younger manager - or at least a progressive one

Not chance will look for another prem job, prob get something said but what about potter.

You've contradicted yourself there mate. The something new could be Mills. He's continuing to do the same stuff with the first team muppets which is clearly not working. Give someone a chance who feels they need to prove a point. You never know. He continues to play Iwobi et al so he knows their severe limitations etc.

By trying something new it's going to be Garner coming back on. The difference between playing at the level Mills does now and the Premier League is ridiculous. You can bring kids like that into decent teams. Completely unfair to throw him on with Iwobi or McNeil.
