100%?

No blame on the players? The board? Dyche for getting battered two home games in a row?

They're at fault, every single person involved in this club takes some blame
Absolutely, the board are first up in the blame game and not buying two attacking players we most certainly needed. They knew Gordon was going too.

We need a manager who will build a team, like Burnley did in getting Kompany, Brentford when they got Franke in the championship. Someone who will give young and hungry players a chance- Mills isn’t even getting on the bench now, I’d rather have him there than Maupay or Davies. Bring back Branthwaite, tell him he’s starting every week. Play Patterson, Garner, Cannon, Warrington. Looks like the Bielsa ship has sailed but he was at least talking about building the team from the bottom up, that’s the blue print we need to follow. Especially that we’ll have very little or no momey,
Steven Schumacher looks like a worthy punt, but I'm 90% percent sure we'll start the next season with Dyche, if he wants it.

I'm not against it tbh, but I'm not sure Dyche is the one who can rebuild the club from top to bottom on a budget and not making another Burnley in the process.

I don't watch Plymouth but Schumacher has just won manager of the year, wonder if he'd be worth a shout in the Championship?
They're easily the best attacking team in League One and play some lovely football at times. Not so good defensively, but you cant have everything I guess.

Kieran McKenna at Ipswich got much plaudits and he's looking promising too, but Schumacher is doing a better job with a smaller sized club.

And he's an Evertonian as well.

Sign him up. Lol
OK does he play youth? Had he made any good signings

The only place to look, is at the board and owner mate.

All roads lead back to them.
Aye, the position we're in is an accumulation of years and years of mismanagement: poor leadership; a woeful transfer policy; inept financial management.

It's the board who appointed Walsh and let him piss millions up the wall; it's the board who brought in the likes of Koeman, Fat Boy and Lampard.

This meant we're left with the squad we have, including the shambolic inability to get a striker in. Dyche has inherited a lacklustre squad with a fragile mentality.

Still, it doesn't mean we shouldn't ignore some of the mistakes he continues to make such as not playing a right back and waiting until 70 mins to make a sub.

I do feel that if we'd removed Frank after Bournemouth, he'probably would have got enough points against the likes of Wolves and Southampton.

Tactics last night were kin abysmal, once a team like Newcastle break through the high press they have the pace, directness & quality to exploit you and they did it time & time again, should of played a defensive 442 stayed in the game and then 75 min either gone sh 1t or bust, amateurish tactics from Dyche, Brighton will do the same.

Don't see any point in blaming him

It's been in the making in the Moshiri era for years. Nothing could've stopped it but Moshiri and the board and they never did

Heres the thing....when he joined he had an effective formation and style of play.

Then one player gets suspended so he changed tactics, formation and players.

4 games of this nonsense now where theres always at least 2 personnel errors he makes per game and has zero in game management

Clearly on him.

He’s on a hiding to nothing with this squad though. After the first 11 it’s so weak and pathetic any injury or suspension and we’re goosed.

This is all true. I'm from Plymouth and still follow them closely.
They play superb football on a miniscule budget. They actually have an unusual formation 3421 with two no10s and wing backs.
He is a bit of a tinkerman when it comes to selection but generally plays square pegs in square holes.
However this is his first full season as a manager and whilst at Plymouth he has the fullest possible backing of the board , players and fans you would have to be concerned about such an inexperienced manager taking the reins at Goodison at this point in time.
He is a massive blue and undoubtedly a manger to keep your eye on in the future.
