2022/23 Sean Dyche

Yes, but noone seems to be able to suggest who the sensible alternative was when Dyche was appointed. Maybe we will get Moshiri's 'dream' signing of Bielsa to build a beautiful attacking side to get smashed every week if we go down. What a fricking joke this club has become.
What has that got to do with anything. We don't have a say, the same way we didn't have say when the options last year were Lampard and Pereira.

I can suggest anyone, but that doesn't bring him here nor does it change the fact that Sean Dyche was not a good manager

He's a coach who was a specialist at 'just' keeping a team in the league when he had complete control over a number of seasons, hardly a surprise he's walked into a shitshow and struggled.

Yes but have close to 350mil in debt on spending in 5yrs,
Ours is 200mil in 7yrs,
doesn’t really matter how much your owmer
Has these days, you still are restricted unless you’re a massive club commercially

They're debt free as I think their owners have pumped money in a leverage similar to the Glazers (paying themselves etc). Revenue has increased.

Sold £150mill worth of players in 2 seasons. Think they made a profit last season. They're also getting Europe this season.

They have sailed against the wind but have been clever over the years in terms of FFP and come out under it over the 3 rolling years. Big homegrown player sales have helped.

Add to the fact their wage to turnover isn't 90% like ours.

Need to move Kenwright on first imo, then we have more chance of moving away from this constant obsession with 'PL experience'

Without a shadow of doubt mate, the Dyche appoint reeks of recreating David Moyes, in that he wanted someone dependable that he hoped would stabilise the team. But he's so far away from reality he's not noticed that football has moved so far on.

Or perhaps Dyche has a set way of playing, like Moyes only wants people he "thinks" he can trust regardless of how utterly gash they

I've witnessed Michael Keane steal a living off us, see numerous managers gone yet this clown remains a constant. And 5 years down the line, still one of our biggest liabilities at the back
Oh yes Moyes was a disaster so one dimensional....i mean he built this club back up from relegation contenders to top 6 contenders and proved what patience could achieve. He was so close to breaking into the top 6 consistently with exactly zero budget. But everyone still everyone complains he wasnt achieving enough like winning a title isnt based mainly on club resources that we havent got.. Martinez let the handbrake off and that worked for a short time, but it became clear quickly why Moyes had a bit of handbrake on that squad as the players were not good enough to play like that consistenetly. To me it showed just how good Moyes had been and how steep the decline has been since he left. We are a broken club at the moment, a lunatic in charge, fans with unrealistic expectations and ive got no idea where the downward spiral will bottom out.

Its got to with the fact that there was NO other sensible alternative to Dyche that had a chance of keeping us up. Its wasn't the time to throw in an up and coming manager with a long term stability project. Personallybi would like another moyes type era where we can stabilise and grow - but we are backs to the wall fighting for PL survival. If the dreaded happens maybe the longer term project starts over the summer. I guess that will come down to wheter we get pumped in our last PL games and if we do i expect Dyche will get the boot and get replaced with some guy Mishori had a wet dream over.

Mate, you're about 2 minutes from breaking down into tears because I said Moyes wanted "trusted players"

Have a word with yourself lad

Utter bollocks

You just want them big warm arms around you, embracing you and telling you everything is ok.

A child of Kenwright, don't look to achieve anything just remain relevant
