It’s absolutely the right one. Probably even before that! But, if we end up going down then Dyche will also have failed and I’ll be very disappointed in him if it happens. We weren’t in a hopeless position when he was appointed (difficult yes) and there’s been plenty of opportunities to get enough points to stay out of the bottom three.
Lampard should be gone in November.

Tbf mate we've had that for at least 5 years now. I seriously cant remember an Everton performance where we've played well. Battling perfomances in there yes. But the football? Nope. Hardly any at all.

Mad init, this season only palace at home have I come out thinking we played well and thoroughly enjoyed the game.

I hope he proves me wrong but I'm pretty convinced our best chance is with a small boost from a caretaker manager.
Many clubs, in one final act of desperation, would definitely consider that if they entered the final 4 games with one victory from 11 games.

That's where we will be tomorrow with Dyche if we fail to take the points, and that's absolutely the biggest warning sign you can get that the horse has bolted and the train has derailed - especially if we lose, having a relatively new manager and already being on a 1-in-11 run and only heading one direction... it's got to be considered.

But it won't be, and he'll be allowed to have us finish 19th, and only then will he be fired.

Should we go down, as seems inevitable given the club is broken with no leadership, the decision to retain Lampard after shipping 7 goals in 2 games to Bournemouth is still the biggest error this season for me. Leaving him in charge for winnable games at home to Saints and Wolves is likely what costs us our place in the PL. That decision alone should see the removal of BK & DBB. Dyche's recent decisions not to play Mina or Coady can only be due to a lack or trust in the former and a games based obligation to buy in the latter that Championship football clearly cannot afford.
