Should we go down, as seems inevitable given the club is broken with no leadership, the decision to retain Lampard after shipping 7 goals in 2 games to Bournemouth is still the biggest error this season for me. Leaving him in charge for winnable games at home to Saints and Wolves is likely what costs us our place in the PL. That decision alone should see tge removal of BK & DBB.
Spot on.

Dyche's recent decisions not to play Mina or Coady can only be due to a lack or trust in the former and a games based obligation to buy in the latter that Championship football clearly cannot afford.

Dyche is the teams achilles heel.

Lampard is worse. We lost at home to Saints and Wolves etc in those 6 pointers. If we go down, it’s entirely on Lampard. Dyche is what he is.

Lampard joined and saved us from relegation.

Dyche joined and we did well for a few games and now 1 win in what 10/11 ?

So what Zat that was last season. He got 3 wins out of 20 this season. 15 points from 20 matches and was sacked rightfully although that was too late too.

Lampard 15 points from 20
Dyche 13 points from 13

The fact is that both of them inherited a disjointed squad with many overpaid underperformers. We've been a basket case for many years now and the constant change of managers, all of them on long contracts, is a major contributory factor in our decline.

Had he got those games I think we'd be closer to safety. He didn't. No doubt recent performances have been dreadful but something not right ever since that window closed shut with no new firepower, despite promises. Dyche has obviously accepted it and taken on a very difficult situation with no leadership from the Board

I edited the last post.

15pts from 20 is shocking but with Danjuma and a new forward he'd have done better than the dross were seeing now.

Dyche is starting Keane (who was dropped), Maupay (who was dropped) and doesnt know what a right back is...

Bar a short manager bounce hes made us worse.

I don’t think so. he has a much better squad at Chelsea and lost like 5 out of 5. Why don’t you accept he is just a bloody crap manager?

This doesn’t mean I rate Dyche either.

Im simply saying he'd have kept us up with Danjuma + 1 forward in Jan.

Dyche on the other hand makes far weirder decisons and looks like hes clueless.

Has dyche made us worse? Ive never thought of it like that but it could actually be true
Doesnt know what a RB is.

Leaves the full backs exposed every game.

Starts Keane and plays Maupay who Lampard dropped.

Doesnt pick players on merit.

Cant setup a midfield.

Mina not given a chance.

Garner and Simms thrown in at random then pulled for "experience"

Patterson not given a chance

Leaves forward players isolated.

No in game decisive changes.

The ONLY positive i can see is that McNeil looks better.
