Holgate, Coady etc at Left Back, why do we not have another one available?

None of that is on the manager.

For any defender, I would play Coady next it’s that simple.

Maybe but hard to say. The players are extremely inconsistent and unable to put performances together. But the way we set up wasn't great today. We started ok but then sat off and gave them too much time and they picked us off.

Set us up well, we looked a threat on the break and when we pressed them high up the pitch. A world class player scoring with a great finish changes the game. If we go down, it’s not because we lost at home to the best team in Europe.
We play with far more purpose and a plan than we ever were under Lampard.

Not sure how far he can take us yet, but ive seen enough to see that if he was appointed a few games sooner we wouldnt have been in a relegation fight.

I don't find it all that hard to say myself. He's done a few ok things. That might save us. But he's far from good at this and should go.

A spectacular goal destroyed the game plan. Once City got ahead we were never competing in this game. We had to strike first and sometimes you can’t do anything about it. They are too good.
