The whole football club is depressing. Maybe we could roll the dice and pick someone unbeknown to me that plays football the 'right' way, but it's a huge risk given our squad. Sometimes when you have awful players you just have to play awful football to survive.
I still refuse to believe that crap players can’t at least be coached to perform a little bit better than utter crap, and structured in a way that enables them to actually pass the ball to each other and create chances. This is something our fans have created in their heads over recent years, that the players are just what they are and it’s impossible to coach them to do anything or improve even slightly.

All his players have been workmanlike players who will dig in and make the game ugly and produce no football
But, according to some he’s just hiding his true tactics behind a wall of smoke and mirrors

Without the points deductions we have improved this season. A turgid watch but we are better team than we were.
As well as Dyche being a dinosaur we are done over by the fact that in key positions we have some of the worst players in the league. Harrison and McNeil in particular are players who belong at clubs that will find themselves in a relegation battle. It's compounded even more by the fact they are supported by full backs who can't actually support them. Any new manager has to deal with this regardless of whatever their approach is tactics wise.
The problem is that they’re the players Dyche loves. Players that won’t over extend when attacking and ensure we’re solid at the back once possession is lost.
Harrison has been massively hampered this season by the fact our right fullback is not allowed to overlap
God that is one septic list of football players.

It's demonstrably better. Add in the deducted points and he has us well clear of the drop. That was the challenge both had - to keep us clear.
Dyche is no saviour - but he's a far better manager than the popular fraud who people here ejaculated over on a regular basis.

It's the same way Gordon was hung out to dry while he was here. Playing with full backs who can barely control the ball in the modern era is always going to cripple your attack.
I would love to say a new manager comes in and changes things up but I really doubt we've got the ability to do that this summer.
