Thought our set pieces were more varied today than the usual Tarkowski/Branthwaite far post routine. Hopefully we can work on those now the pressure's off.

Me when asked if dyche should go

To be fair to him, he's been hamstrung financially ,
Had to deal with a load of deadwood and square pegs for round holes left by previous failed managers...

In real terms we're level with Brighton who everyone raves about....

A bit of pace and creativity up top with a fully fit dcl and we could start contemplating being just like the moves sides that crashed the euro party

Whilst we shouldn't brush that 3 month or so spell of not winning under the carpet, you can't ignore the fact that keeping us up with 2 separate points deductions is an incredible job. With 3 games to spare as well.
Had we actually hung on to the wins we should have had against Brighton and West Ham, and not lost to Bournemouth, that run would not have been anything like as alarming as it was. Late goals turned a bad situation toxic and certainly had me losing confidence in Dyche's ability to do the job he was hired to do: keep us up at all costs.

I don't care how we play in our current straitened circumstances. I simply want to see us doing enough to stay up. Results are all. And he got them, in the end, with games to spare despite two outrageously unfair points deductions. He's done a really fine job.

We played a derby mid week whilst Brentford had a whole week to get ready for that game. With or without the ball we looked in control in that game.

A point above Frank’s Brentford and that’s with an 8 point deduction.

Think theyre back believing in what they're doing now after a huge slump.

We hopefully get the issues up top sorted in the summer with the right deals, we'll be a solid side again.
