Going round in circles is blaming manager after manager while the two charlatans at the top remain in situ forever. Until they are gone, everything else in here is bloviated foot-stomping that does their bidding. No manager is beyond criticism, but when their efforts, good, bad, or indifferent, are mere drops in the ocean of the real problem, yes, it's all piss and wind.
i was happy to give dyche time, but not getting in a striker is not giving me confidence in him, cant see anyone coming in

Yesterday Dyche set us up 100% ok - between both penalty boxes.
The fact that the only ' first team' forward he had is having a mare, yes I know there's Gray, but it looks like he's on his way out to get cash / save wages.
On a good day we win this 4-1and curse a daft consolation goal - but hey its 4-1 get over it, onwards and upwards

We await the 2 new guys to get Integrated, plus any new loans probably - forget DCL
On the day, Dyche did ok with what he had to work with.

Q) 🤔 what about the Keane Vs Branthwaite thing then?
A) If he doesn't get sold - he has to be given the chance

We've had Dithering Davey - please God don't let this one turn into Dogmatic Dyche - especially on Keane and Cannon to name but 2

That was a winnable match dyche bottled it.

Team set up was wrong, playing garner at RM and blatantly telling Patterson to sit back ment that we had nothing down our right flank and Fulham were constantly allowed to push upon us. Which is where the goal comes from.

We had wingers on the bench, why play a cm there?

Playing keane?

Taking garner off and leaving onana on when the lad looked like he was struggling to breath out there let alone play football. That would of given us alot more control in midfield having someone that doesn't give the ball away constantly.

But no he kept onana on, why? Because he's big and we might get a set piece, why? Because dyche is a kin dinosaur.

He sat there on his hand while we where on the up and it was blatant that Maupay couldn't hit a barn door with a hand full of peas (seriously the lad had a shot on the goal line yesterday and it didn't go in). If he'd of made the changes earlier we'd of won that game.

We had alot of shots on target but I dont think Leno was in trouble for many of them. Most of them were more like passes then shots.

Problem is now is that we're getting bounced next week by villa so we'll be going into the wolves game already in a relegation battle.

That'll put alot of pressure on that game and we know how well this team (especially dyche's baby boy keane) does under pressure.

After yesterday and having the audacity to play Maupay, and all that has followed since including the loss. I have now lost all faith in Dyche.

Let’s face it Silva has mugged him off twice. Our prior record v Fulham was something like 22 league wins on the bounce before Dyche.

Dyche is probably the worst manager in the league, at best tied 20th 19th 18th worst manager. Would any of the top 6 + Villa Newcastle + Brighton have this idiot.

I want Dyche out now. He done an ok job keeping us up, he should have then been shown the door thereafter.

The idiot will play Maupay next week as well. As for starting Keane what a joke that was.

That starting line up indicates that he is either a footballing genius (in that he is picking a players most may feel don’t deserve it) or he is totally thick. Just not sure which.

My biggest concern with the way Dyche sets up, is that he has made his career on narrow wins, using the 'dark arts' to see out games.

This will be a problem for us for 3 reasons:
1) If he keeps playing Keane, we will not be seeing out many games.
2) The new timekeeping rules will mean that you cannot break-up or delay games in the same way.
3) The above rules massively favours the big teams who can unleash the quality from their benches.

All of the above are linked and, even if we did have quality off the bench, Dyche would be reluctant to use it.

If you also factor in getting young talent, I just don't trust Dyche to actually play them.

Dyche gambled yesterday not starting DLC or even having him as an option off the bench….that gamble ultimately failed!

We can’t afford to throw winnable games away at home….and Fulham yesterday was a very winnable game!

True, I would have given DCL 45 whether as a starter or off the bench. He could have had the Villa game completely off, but try and win the winnable fixtures fgs.

Bit odd to say all faith lost in Dyche after that? An unadventurous lineup but solid enough give what was available. But surely he has every right to expect players to score at least 3 of those chances? Doucs and Patterson the worst offenders. All ifs and buts, but it’s not like starting Maupay made those 2 miss cast iron sitters.

I’m most annoyed with Dyche for not spending all summer using the media to complain about the lack of a striker, even if he did upset his paymasters. He’ll get sacked because of it. That’s his biggest failure at the moment, not applying massive pressure publicly. But he was 2 or 3 pathetic instances of no composure from footballing millionaires away from everyone saying he did a great job setting the threadbare squad up to batter media favourites slick Fulham.

Why does he insist on trathlete/Iron Man levels of fitness before he will consider them for selection. It means new signings and players returning from injury 9(+DCL) are out for months before he will play them? Being super fit isn't helping us win any games

In addition, his Maupay and Keane obsession will see support drain away rapidly, imo.

He has massively improved us from where we were when he took over after Lampard, but that doesn't mean he's beyond criticism. Starting Keane and Maupay yesterday was very poor judgement. He bigged up Dobbin after how well he did in preseason, yet only gave him 10 minutes yesterday. Why not bring him on at half time? He's caused chaos in preseason, direct and keen to take players on, something we badly miss. Same with Branthwaite. Give him a game. It was so depressing seeing the line up at 2pm. The same players who failed last season being wheeled out to fail again. Really not good enough.
