Has got the players absolutely terrified of the ball.
Especially at the beginning, the players just looked absolutely terrified to do anything other than shuffle around in front of an Arsenal player. Like that had been so drilled into them as their only plan that they dare not deviate from it.

It was embarrassing, that's 2 games this season (Villa away) where there is literally no plan at all, nothing to say "right, when we have the ball this is what we are going to do and this is what each player is going to do".

We don't look like we've worked on anything.

Given half a chance I'd sack him for the simple reason he's shown time snd time again he has nothing at all about him as a manager or man manager.
Has no ideas at all does he? Other than stay organized and defend for 90 minutes. But that idea doesn't even seem to apply to corners, where we look beyond amateurish, which obviously the other teams have sussed out given how we now see short corner routine after short corner routine where they just walk around us right into the box.

And the constant standing off any wide player who comes anywhere near the attacking third just begging them to send in a cross. Or giving Ashley Young every single set piece no matter how utterly crap it ends up every single time.

That's all on the manager. Honestly, the players look like a group that know beyond a doubt that he's not going to last, and they're just seeing out the time until the inevitable change. They're certainly not playing for him.
