dont agree that nobody would be better than he is doing, another manager could give the players some more confidence and get them to use the ball better. He has a run of games that he must perform on, with 777 putting money in and having somebody go on the board watching i am sure will be pressure on dyche if this continues he will be gone even if it will cost us

he’s not getting sacked mate sadly

At this time agree but if results continue he will with this takeover getting closer it will be talked about. He should be given a chance even if i dont see it with him,

sundays game mate was my final straw with him. the bigger thing tho as now is we don’t know what’s going on off the field who’s making decisions etc to even compentate
sacking him

I didn't say nobody would do better than him, I said nobody we could get would do ant better. Think about it, if you were anything other than desperate, would you come into this train wreck?

Honestly i dont kno is all about the new owners really what they could offer, i still think it is a huge chance for somebody here if we can get them some backing. But your correct is a hard sell to get a quality manager in

A competent manager is not going to come here without big money, which we haven't got. Dyche got the job here, because nobody who was in any way competent wanted it. He had been out of work for a year and would have taken any premier league job. The club is in tatters, nearly relegated in the two previous seasons, skint, the only offer the current owner can get for the club is from a group who may well be vetoed by the league as owners, a partially built stadium with a shortfall in finance of £200mill, so very little money to strengthen an abysmally weak squad and an inquiry hanging over our heads for financial infringements.

I'm sure you're right, it should be a piece of cake to get a competent manager to come in, on a low wage. That is before we even begin to think about where the money to pay Dyche off comes from.

If i was an aspiring manager, I absolutely would. Its basically a free try in the PL. If i failed, the club being a mess would be blamed. Good managers in this situation exists, we're just not looking at them as theyre not prem proven.

If i already had a name in the game, Id be less sure.

Correct, but an aspiring manager would be eaten alive by the mess here, it would destroy his career before it even got started. It would take an experienced tough manager and by experienced I don't necessarily mean premier league experienced, to cope with the absolute disaster area that is Everton 2023.

The only way we come out of this is by getting new owners, who have the inclination and funds to invest in the club and finish the stadium or we will probably go into administration, be docked 12 points, get relegated and hope that somebody sees us as a good investment at the right price.

I'm hoping Harrison can gel and add some creativity to the squad.

For me Dacoure, must step up his first touch is poor and his passing is the worst in the squad imho.

But there must be a positive reaction v Brentford!

UTFTs!
He certainly can….I think most of that is in his hair
