I don’t think creating chances is the problem. The amount of criminal goals we give away is the problem. He deserves flak for that. Got the result today away from home and that is all that matters

Well until he got here it absolutely was the problem, especially under the last 2 managers.

Everton have been abysmal away from home for ages, especially with fans allowed in the stadiums and goals have been at a premium, Dyche is addressing this. We need to be far better at home but it’s no surprise with these football allergic players that we struggle to take the game to the opposition when we are expected to.

I feel mentally and physically dirty having to look up those results and I feel an equal amount of shame for displaying my findings in a very clumsy table, it’s reaffirmed to me why I work with hand tools and not in an office.
If I ever meet you in the real world I will expect a warm drink and a blanket at the very least, a ”well done” would provide equal succour.

I know what your saying, but a lot of Brentford mistakes were unforced errors..very bad Control and distribution.
They'd say they just had one of those off days.
Couldn't give two hoots about that though, as three points was so needed.

We have had the ultra turbo gash performances (Arsenal and Aston Villa) but we have been bemoaning how in the heck we didn’t take Fullham, Wolves and Sheffield. Loads to like in that performance to be fair.

Most of all we looked organised with people knowing and carrying out their roles which was the whole thing I was hoping for with Dyche.

One swallow doesn't make a summer but it can make it an enjoyable Saturday night.
