We don’t need a top top manager, we need someone who can show some attacking nuance and won’t leave players out for not being ‘fit fit’. Potter didn’t work at Chelsea because that club is full of egos who like to be pampered and told they’re boss, here he wouldn’t have that issue and he has players to fit the way he likes to play

You can’t completely give him dispensation, he picks the team and sets them up for games.
