Was this an “accepted defeat”

Certainly feels like a lot are taking this as a positive because we didn’t get beat 5-0
It’s a joke isn’t it mate. Same old mentality. We always look afraid. No confidence on the ball.
Look at Newcastle with decent coaching.

TBH though during today’s game I’d have been tempted to walk the players off as the referring was so biased and corrupt. We never get angry enough.

….I think it’s performance more than result that provides hope.

We were ok X1 v X1. We lacked quality to hurt them but equally Pickford had nothing to do. Dyche switched system and it worked to an extent until they got the penalty.

He'll be made up we had 10 so he has a nice excuse. Boring dinosaur manager, has Pickford come up and take free kicks even when we have 11 players and it's 10 minutes into games, like Sunday league stuff. And he must say by pass the midfield pass it to the full back and play a crappy hoof ball for DCL to chase.

He should say something to really grab the headlines. It's worth the fine.

'A disgraceful, unacceptable performance by the referee.

Decisions like that get clubs relegated and staff lose their jobs.

Something needs to be done about quality of officials. One of worst performances we've experienced. I want to know why it's not second yellow and hear audio'

Type thing.

Can’t wait till he’s gone

Sean you need to be more to the point with this, take your fines and touch line ban and call this for what it is - biased corrupt officiating.

Bit disappointed by his tame comments.

I dont think its hyperbole here to question his attitude.

Weve seen successful managers absolutely furious after games while ours seems nonplussed.

If it was me id have been extreme and called our players over and asked them if they wanted to come off the pitch during the game.

The Tsimikas + Konate situations were clear bias.

The least ive had expected from our manager would be fury and calling out the officials as either corrupt or incompetent.
