Dyche wasn't hired so that he can implement a long term vision, build for the future, develop a style of play. Dyche was hired to sift through the trash and paste together a 17th place club. For whatever reason he was a rep for being able to accomplish that and he can get further jobs as a well paid disaster merchant even if we get relegated.
Potter doesn't have Dyche's rep, and probably does not want that rep. If he takes a club to the bottom its not career suicide but he's going to have trouble working his way back.

Good point, maybe because he’s a kopite WUM who’s still somehow allowed to post on this forum despite being previously banned for WUMming, and repeatedly time and time again been caught via the vaults to be shifting the goalposts of his opinions on any given subject in order to rile people. Little weapon gets a kick out of coming on here and winding up supposedly fellow Evertonians, an absolute disgrace he’s still allowed to post on here. There’s clearly money coming from somewhere, we’ve just bid £25m for Gnonto, £15m for Adams, and bought an unknown kid for £12m+

Imagine watching the endless cycle of crap that we've sat through for the best part of a decade now with all the endless embarrassments, blunders and humiliations we've suffered as a club and still thinking "you know what might help the situation? Sacking the manager! Its all so obvious that he's the problem!" Lmfao, some of you actually deserve the club as it is!
It's almost comical at this stage. We need someone to stay long enough to build an identity, the turnover of managers is part of the reason we are in this mess.
We should have won last week and due to poor finishing and a ref who is as biased as they come we didn't. It was always going to be difficult today going to a place that have pacey forwards who can finish. The match ups were all wrong for us. Yes I would like better but it doesn't change what we would have got from the game even if we were on it. We can't throw our toys out of the pram based on two games.
I expect a reaction and hopefully we can start getting the new players in. Danjuma will be on from the start next week, let's hope DCL is OK In a few weeks get Harrison and McNeil in and we aren't going to look as clueless as they'll be more cover for the defence. Especially against the sides we are competing against for a mid table finish.
