Obviously the aim this season is just to stay up given we can’t do much with the points deduction but the optimist in me is very excited to see what he’ll do over the next few seasons. No reason why we can’t finally push on a bit.

Obviously we’ll ground our ambitions a touch but I think if he and Thelwell even got a reasonable amount of money to spend we’d be right back amongst going for Europe in no time, especially looking towards the Conference League which would be a winnable trophy for us by then hopefully.

Positively bouncing by his standards:

I do love the way he doesn’t look for excuses or main about fixtures and how many there are etc.

Football is an entertainment business, the English Xmas period is great imo… off work and with heaps of games to watch, on the beers etc surrounded by family….

I don’t know why klopp hates it so much

I think we could have dyche for the long run if we are lucky. I don't think he's fashionable enough for a so called 'bigger' club to take him from us. I think he could do for us what Moyes did on a low budget. Then in a few years if/when we have got into a better financial position and with the new stadium income we could really start to kick on.

He’s doing a fantastic job, and amazing we actually got 3 in a row normally we get 2 and mess up the 3rd.

As someone pointed out the other day because of the point’s deduction people are underestimating us

Well that not true is it.

There's only Villa & Arsenal we were pretty crap.

Fulham , Luton & Wolves ? Have a guess who cost us in them games.
Oh & the Derby.

Without him at full back we get something from them games.
Poor finishing cost us in those games, whilst we deserved something out of those games we wer'nt that good as a team imo.

As well drilled as we've ever been since Carlo at both ends of the pitch, the way we scramble when losing the ball is incredibly impressive. Everyone seems to know in different circumstances how many go over, where to cover etc. Going forwards as well, Emma Hayes said Everton without the ball are like a coiled spring and that's spot on, they know when the press is the correct action and a sniff of getting the ball back and we are forward in numbers at pace.
