Its like when Martinez took over the base Moyes left.

Anyway, im no huge fan of Potter, somebody asked for a name and that was the 1 I plucked out of the air.

We have a manager, so for now its a moot point, but im almost certain I wont be allowed to pick the next 1, so my opinion counts for nothing.
I think Potter is nailed on for next manager unless someone else gets him first. I honestly have no idea if he is any good or not but I think the way Brighton managed him going was amazing. Wish we would go and find someone who wasn’t just a failed PL manager.

Amazing how the manager is being questioned while nothing has changed at the top of the club.

With an 80 year old actor running the club (STILL), nothing will change irrespective of who the manager is.
Dyche picks the team and how they play, they are doing terribly, he’s getting flack for it.

Team selection has all to do with Dyche and nothing to do with the owners. I hate Fat Bill as much as the next guy but people saying he’s to blame for Dyches mistakes is genuinely mind boggling.

Dyche straight after Bournemouth game

'It's got to change. There is loads to change here and a lot of work to be done'

'Work on next season started the day I got here, don't think it's an easy fix because it's not, there is massive amount to be done'

'This is a big club but we're not performing like a big club. it's 2 seasons now, don't forget. There's a massive amount to change to build to a new dawn, a new future, a bigger future. There is a massive amount of work to be done, not just from me but from everyone at the club'

Errrrrrrrrrr............

Fella just chats pure gas, why anyone listens to a word that comes out his mouth I’ll never ever know.

tbh, I'm completely torn yea or nay.
Dyche did what he was asked to do last season
But he keeps selecting Keane
Should he be given time?
But how much time, how many games.
How much and in what way are Thelwell and Dyches hands tied.
When will Harrison be fit?
1 month?
January?
If so, how did he pass a medical.
Why hasn't Gbamin been booted
Will Deli  ever be fit
McNiel
Why is Branthwaite...not quite ready

21/22 Safe with One Game to go
22/23 Safe on the last day

23/24 Relegated before the last game ??

Beating Wolves will paper the cracks - but the cracks are still there.

Wolves have had 36 shots on goal in their first two games, i would wager they have been unlucky.... all they need is to play a team with a soft underbelly... Everton, your time has come!!

As ever - Everton that.

Do find it amazing that he made the tough decision to drop Keane last season (which led to us surviving) only to throw him back in immediately and give himself the same problem this year. Lampard didn’t get much right, but he had Keane’s number. Branthwaite simply has to start next match and be allowed to make the odd mistake and grow. No chance he’d be letting him make the mistakes Keane does without dropping him.

He’s making a number of mistakes which others have rightly touched on, but Keane will be the hill he’ll die on if he continues.

Oh yeah, no chance of that happening here
Fair point lol

Don’t get me wrong, I don’t massively want Potter, realistically with our current structure I’m almost certain we’ll go for another manager who’s a bad fit. Mosh is just as likely to appoint Potter as he is to read Neil Warnock’s biography and appoint him

No chance. after the nightmare at Chelsea with the owner and fans, he will massively swerve us.

I mean he literally says multiple times in that statement that 'it isn't an easy fix' and 'there's a massive amount to be done'... so are you suggesting that a single summer should've solved that? 🤔

Tom Cruise is looking at the next film in the franchise. Sean Dyche Everton : Mission Impossible He's shaved his head and cultivating the ginger beard as we speak.

I see we've moved on to Dyche being the problem now. A large group of the squad have played under countless managers and walked around, uninterested for the majority of games.

The board, Thelwell, managers, even fans have been blamed, yet somehow, the players (except Keane and Maupay) are escaping every time. None of the previous managers have asked them to stroll around, make mistakes that are hilariously bad, miss simple finishes, stand still and offer nothing, stand and watch a player on the ball and refuse to move into space/offer a pass.

Those players are a disgrace to the shirt and fans need to quickly wake up and realise it.

I had some people around me at the end of last season, genuinely say they wanted to give the players a lap of appreciation. FOR WHAT!? The players have proven in certain games (e.g. Brighton Away) that they're capable of so much more. Don't tell me it's everyone but them. They CBA and it shows.

You have the same set of players who have previous for that type of performance....it will always happen again
