2023/24 Sean Dyche

Depends what league table you're looking at.

If its the current fake PL table, on top of the current run of poor form - you can make the argument that he's fortunate to be in the dugout.

If its the real table, then we're currently 14th which the majority of our fans would have been "content" with considering the past two seasons of late escapes.

If the club is to stop hemorrhaging money and start improving its cash flow, we cant keep sacking managers at the first sign of trouble.
How about the table where his only win in the past 4 months was against Burnley, who played a quarter of the game with 10 men and we only won that one with a fluke goal? Does that mean he's fortunate to be in the dugout?

Obviously relegation is never a good thing especially for us in our financial situation, but after Newcastle he got dogs abuse and then picked Keane again v Leicester who gave one goal away and the pen, if Maddison scores we’re down.

Just wondering had we gone down what would have happened with PSR, in the championship?? We lose Onana, gana, Pickford plenty of others would have gone
Branthwaite would be in, Patterson, garner, dobbin, maybe we keep cannon and simms. And of course dyche is removed and maybe a young talented mananger is building something long term
Interesting, regrettably.

Let's not forget the man has been wrestling with a club in turmoil, a playing squad who don't know whether they're coming or going, and a corrupt Premier League hellbent on putting the breaks on a better future in a new stadium, oh and minus 8 points.

Let's cut him some skack.
No

Next you will playing the mental health card ffs

The players don’t know whether they’re coming or going 😂😂😂 getting paid millions to play football. And any issues the players have is in this mananger, setting them up to fail.

Dyche is also a very lucky manager, any other year and moshiri would have booted him down the road, I can’t wait till he’s finally gone in the summer

It is very easy to overlook these facts, and when you think about it you cannot argue that he’s done an ok job in under such pressures and circumstances. Without the deductions we’re mid table ffs, which also shows how absolutely garbage this supposed best league in the world is.

For me, whilst all the facts you have listed are true and should be taken into consideration, he is still a tactically inept, one dimensional manager who has delivered the worst results since Mike Walker, and someone who should have never even been near the Everton job in the first place.

The fact he is the Everton manager shows how very far we have fallen as a club under moshiri and kenwright.

If we were 7th right now, would you say we’re mid table??

Absolutely, there are good young ambitious coaches all over Europe, every club has a few youth coaches. If we were a well run club we would be scouting the best ones planning for the future, I'm guessing non of that is happening.

Dyche ffs
