Has he gone yet? Boooo
If Dyche, is here to the end of the season. He leaves (unless we buy in January and no one signs a new contract) about 12 senior pros. The young lads, in the under 21's don't get any games in the first team (even when we were 4-0 up). So they are less ready to play. So the next manager and DOF, will have to build a whole new team.Against the odds, above the relegation, difficult to beat, strong defence, good work ethic, in the premier league, cleared of dead wood.
Next manager will have it a lot easier for the work of Dyche.
If he leaves now even you can see that
I dont think any other prem team would actually employ him. Unless theyre promoted possibly from championshipHis demeanor has changed. He'll leave on reasonable terms now, with the excuse than new owners always want to get their own man in. He'll be looking to preserve his reputation in order to get another couple of years at any premier league club, on premier league wages. He's not as daft as you look.
This is wisdom. And it’s healthy. My apathy to Everton grows deeper .
Perhaps it’s time to accept we have grown too far apart ?
What a world we live in: people on here calling for a business group, who have it all to prove, to get shut of a manager that's kept us safe for two years.
If they get shut of Dyche before the summer they are confirming my worst fears about this takeover: that just like with Roma they dont know their arse from their elbow on how to conduct themselves.
I'd like to see the fracking chairman give his support for our manager. Classless if he doesn't.
There is an obvious chasm between manger and director of football on transfer, so something got to give...I’d rather that they fired him and brought in someone straight away
Someone that they have had in mind and done their homework on , seeing as they knew they were buying the club for the past few mknths
This would show that they have evaluated Dyche and have realised he is a dinosaur and then weee proactive enough to plan ahead .
They have elaborated Thilwell and decided to keep him .
And are now going to sign some players that the new manager wants and will pull us up the league .
Or … we could stick with the guy that has had us score in one game out of the last 8 fixtures
What else are they going to say first meeting, hasn’t met the actual owner of the club or spoke to him, also TFG have been in discussions with Thelwell for a while but not dycheHeart warming
which young players have shown that they should be starting. If Dyche, is here to the end of the season. He leaves (unless we buy in January and no one signs a new contract) about 12 senior pros. How will Dyche have made it easier for the next manager?
Only if the next manager wants to keep 10 players in his own half and have 30% possessionwhich young players have shown that they should be starting.
Everyone that has left in recent memory has proven they are sub premier league level. Thats not on Dyche. Players not signing. That’s not on Dyche.
If anything it’s indicative of the club he has been working with and done well to still be in the premier league.
I expect any new manager will also benefited from the defensive instincts.
Much the same way that Martinez did from Moyes on that first season.
So selling cannon, simms, dobbin (and whoever else) for circa £30m, is a good thing, even though it means we have a positive net spend?which young players have shown that they should be starting.

Considering they weren’t good enough for this level and weren’t being picked.
This is where net spend arguement falls down. Cause a load of the money we have made has been from players who weren’t good enough and weren’t being picked anyway.
Naw , it’s the opposite. The left are our Mykolenko/ Branthwaite, young and vibrant, going places and seeing a bright future, the Right are Tarkowski/ Young , faithful loyal servants clinging onto the past and not wanting change !Do we think there’s a loose divide between lean towards the right politically wanting Dyche out and communists wanting a little more time for him?
