I'm not gonna go around virtue signaling old @Saint Domingo but if you actually read through the thread you'll see his stance on the future with Dyche.
i do ACTUALLY read but why would he defend him so much then?

Next time you see the GP lad, ask him to check ya humour levels fella.....Ha ha embrace matty.
Most if not all dychettes and @Lob are saying Dyche is doing well because of the difficult circumstances.
Im not sure why, Dyche completed game. No point attacking him now its mission complete. The Crybots have some the cocaine and are launching a spirited attack.

Against the odds, above the relegation, difficult to beat, strong defence, good work ethic, in the premier league, cleared of dead wood. We’re 3 points off the relegation zone
The last thing he wants is for us to buy loads of good players for him because it would actually shine a spotlight on him to do his job and win more than 8 games in a calendar year. He is quite happy with the bar of expectation being as low as possible, as he’s simply all about self-preservation. We finished 12th last season and the first thing he did was come out and tell the media “no no no that didn’t count we’re actually crap and will be in the bottom 5 again”.
Who say ‘yee’Sean Dyche and his Knights of the net transfer…
He does not sign the players. He does not sell the players. He does not negotiate their salaries or terms. He has NOTHING to do with Everton's net spend. He’s managed in an environment where a net transfer spend has been occurring year on year and kept the team up.
So writing that he has NOTHING to do with it is a bit ridiculous. If other clubs find themselves in that same position they won’t be picking a manager who needs 100s of millions and his own players to return a points total for safety. They’ll pick a manager who can operate in that fiscal environment.
Against the odds ? Really.Against the odds, above the relegation, difficult to beat, strong defence, good work ethic, in the premier league, cleared of dead wood.
Next manager will have it a lot easier for the work of Dyche.
If he leaves now even you can see that

This bit's a bit 'tin foil hat' - he doesn't play Dixon or Patterson because he thinks Young is more defensively capable. He's got history of choosing and sticking with players he likes. He likes Young from the choices he has.Nobody’s said he’s the only problem. Literally nobody. But you’re acting like he isn’t a problem at all and making every excuse under the sun to absolve him.
Oh and he’s playing Young and Harrison out of choice btw. There are two young right backs that can’t get a sniff because he doesn’t want to play them in case they’re better than Young and make him look stupid.
Let’s see where he ends up.
Managers can't just spend their way out of trouble all the time though. Dyche new what he was taking on when he signed up for the job. We were never spending loads on players these last few seasons whilst BMD was being built, I have no idea why people thought we would be. Also its not like we haven't spent at all, its just not been on the players people want is more the thing imo.Weirdly Matty if you give managers more money for better players they tend to win more no matter how bad they are
If you keep selling their best players and buying rubbish ones they don’t win more.
Maybe Everton can try the first option for a change rather than always asking the manager to improve a load of rubbish players
