Some decent results before chrimbo, then wheels fell off ,some improvement but some major problems to resolve. Can we have some pace next season instead of looking like dad's army

Three changes -
* Pace on the right-hand side, at both right-back and right-wing/midfield.
* Creativity in the centre of the park
* Booting out of the club fringe players on high salaries (i.e. Bernard, Iwobi, for next season I'd also add either Andre Gomes or Gbamin to that list).

Defo I hope Carlo stays. As crap as the second half of this season has been, and there has to be some questions asked of our turgid performances, especially at home, the first wins at Anfield and Spurs' place in god knows how long, five wins this season in London, doing the double over Arsenal, shouldn't be understated. We did get 59 points this season - which was good enough for 6th place last season (Spurs final result last term, albeit with a +14 goal difference). Unfortunately this season we were undone as much by the yawning chasm between the top eleven clubs and the poor quality of the bottom nine.

I originally voted 3-4 but on second thoughts, I'd give us six out of ten.

Finished lower than expected, I thought we would get Europe. Next season:

1 - Be more arsed - This is the worst, most demotivated Everton team in years.
2 - Buy better players.
3 - Get rid of the utter fannys such as Iwobi and Delph.

Let’s be honest we will finish mid table again next year.
