Used to work with a little Irish woman, proper bully, would undermine and shout at her staff when nobody else was around, including me. One day her office chair collapsed (seat just broke) in the middle of meeting and she broke her shoulder, couldn’t even sue the company cos it was her own chair she brought in from home.
