I have become pretty much immune to being upset about being beaten after the season we have just endured watching Everton.

Definitely not. Been there on a much much much much smaller scale and that was terrible so can’t even imagine how he feels. With how you acted when I questioned his “world class” status, I figured I’d repay the favor. Told you we’d find out at the World Cup and we did tonight. First match that required him to stay switched on and absorb some pressure and he didn’t handle it.

Plenty of others in this thread have been pro-Croatia but because I have USA in my name you went after me lol Just because people support Everton don't mean they have to support England. Yep. I hate to put the boot in, but the only half-decent team England beat at this World Cup was Colombia....... on penalties. Congrats England on making the semis, but defeating Tunisia, Panama, and Sweden to me doesn't seem like much to get overly excited about.

Why should they? They got a bit of game time, they generally did nothing with it. Both turned it on against the 7th best team in Cyprus, and Lookman to be fair payed well for 20 minutes in a game we went on to lose.

Both talented on paper. They need to take whatever chances come their way with both hands.
