Thats 7/8 players who could be in a top 4 / 6 squad of 23.

I dont think we 'need' 6 or 7 players...we 'need' 15/16 players for the squad.

We probably 'need' 7 starters.

Digne out for Reguilon + Gabriel + Emerson*

Rolls the dice and we may go from 7/8 to 10/11 quality players very quickly.

Its the only thing we can do.




*Emerson is my pick but it could be Aarons or another quality player with very high potential

Absolutely none of that makes me think we should sell Digne.

We dont need a centre back and we don't need any Norwich players.

The only player you've mentioned above who I'd sell is Mina, and you think he's one of our best players? Think we'll have to agree to disagree here. We need to move on all our players who can't stay fit.

You think that 29 league game Mina should go but 31 game Keane should stay?

Or rate them both as top 4 /6 level...

I mean dont understand the logic with not needing a centre back. But hey ho.
 
Maybe Real have asked us to drop a fake bid to hurry up Seville and we have graciously done as they asked so we can take Valverde off them for buttons once Sevilla wrap it up ;) easy this transfer stuff

Its not top priority this summer. Of course we would like a better centre back, but if it stops us signing a higher priority position, then it would be a daft thing to do.

Keane has been fit more than Mina recently, and has played much better imo.

We have signed a lad who has joined as he has been promised a clear pathway for the first team. He is a left back.
Makes no sense this at all unless we're getting rid of Digne, which I hope we aren't.

Difficult choices then, so as some have said does it mean Digne going? Or is it just media talk?

I wouldn't be surprised if we are after someone from Madrid, (not neccessarily Rodriguez), and they've asked if they can use our name to raise the price for / hurry Sevilla up for the left back.That happens all the time with name drops in my eyes. United fans convinced they get used loads from clubs to hurry others up, look at Mina.

Strong reports last night claimed the Blues had lodged an £18m offer for the 23-year-old and had 'moved ahead' of rival Premier League clubs.
