My concern here is that we don’t usually get back to it after one loss; it’s a minimum 3-4 game run of poor form at a minimum.

Couple that with Sheff Utd not having won yet and we all know exactly what’s coming.
That's actually so true. It's a reality jury us. We don't have that midfield enforcement that can throw any ferocity at others Teams after a loss. We go through a malaise.

Sheff U will know this and go at us - I'm just worrying Siggy, Gomes and Davies wul just be passengers as usual. Majorly different from when Gomes ran the show at the back end of last season. I think perhaps we've got to maintain the defensive set up

When we say and think like this do we ever get a result? Hardly ever. We won't walk this at all. In just hoping we have the luck we need on the day

Sheffield United are the only Premier League team yet to lead a game at half time this season.

Everton haven’t scored more than one goal at Bramall Lane in over 30 years.

We can win this. We should win this. But for that to happen, we have to get DCL service.

We've hardly played them in the last 30 years, though. They'd been down since the mid-1990s, with the exception of one year a few years back, before the current return.

This game is the perfect opportunity for us to get back on track after the Cup defeat to Man Utd; it's also a good opportunity to give other squad members the chance to prove themselves whilst we give some players a break.

Joe Royle may have given us the 'Dogs of War', well Carlo Ancelotti has given us the 'Dogs of Bore'. Going to stay positive and opt for a tedious away win... even with the team below.

Olsen
Coleman Holgate Godrey Nkounkou
Doucouré Davies
Iwobi Bernard Gordon
Tosun

Last game they led at HT was away to saints [game after we beat them 1-0], 2 weeks after they last won in July, though they have led at Burnley in the cup though they went out that on pens this season, not played them to much over 30 years to be fair though only 3 times since 93
