Absolutely not. Nothing worse than knee jerk reactions. Those clubs that spend every 1-2 years bringing in a new manager will never win anything. I'll vote yes on the poll that asks if Naismith go back to his deserved spot on the bench.

Thank Christ Tony Pulis got a job, my other worry is Mark Hughes, cos if we get someone like them, we'll be moving from the Finch Farm training facility to Kirkham or Shawshank.
The Fat Controller is a businessman and surely when he looks at, and listens to Roberto, he sees what we see, and that is a really nice guy that is not upto managing a club like Everton.
I agree with the lad who mentioned Tim Sherwood ASAP.

Not up to managing team like everton...
...Sherwood....

..seriously

Martinez can only grow from this experience.
After last season's work the least he's owed is another full season. Let's see how he does in the cups, and how/if form changes.
No point in getting rid of halfway through the season- we really aren't going to get relegated. But if the league is done for I'd like to see him play youngsters. I'd rather see us lose with Garbutt and Browning in the team than Distin and Alcaraz.

Disagree with this on several counts.

We don't "owe" Martinez any kind of immunity from the sack. Yes he deserves to be given credit and consideration for what he achieved last season, but that's all. Kenwright needs to figure out in the hard, cold light of day what's best for the club.

We aren't going to get relegated ? We may have had the luxury of thinking that way before Christmas, but certainly not now. We're in freefall. We've become easy pushovers. It's got to the stage where we're expecting to lose every game. And unless we recognise the fact that we're in a dogfight we could be at risk of relegation. We've got to start battling and scrapping for every point - the way that Leicester and Burnley did on New Year's Day.

I hope the best of the youngsters do get a run out, but that's not the key right now. The key is getting a settled side, with players in their best positions, and weeding out anyone who's not willing to give 100% and die for the cause. We've got to eradicate this losing mentality. And with every game I'm losing faith in Martinez as the man to be able to do this.

Thats because you have no understanding of the clubs finances or FFP.
I understand Kenwright and the way he works, but we will see this month and I hope you know more than me,
because we definitely need a couple of experienced players to get us out of the big, big problems we are in.

Problem with that is do you really have confidence in who RM will look to bring in? Hardly gives me any confidence to be honest. If he goes back looking at Wigan for players he needs to get the sack just for that!

Yes there is that, but again we will just have to wait and see who the manager is. I hope Martinez can turn it round
but is he going to change his policies, if he doesn't I don't think he will still be here even though I want him to.

You mean this month right? He will be here.

Sat through many similar runs under moyes playing even worst stuff, gave him time and it paid off.

Im 100% behind Martinez, gonna give him time, him and the players need to buck there ideas up big time though, but the promise off what we were capable off last season coming back in the future is just to good to be rash.

Agree. A couple of wins soon will change the mood.
