So what do you think the reaction would be if one popped up after we won..........................

Well, that's the point. It doesn't happen, so it's knee jerk and they lose credibility.

This same poll was ran a couple of weeks ago, again, shock, horror, after a bad result.

From 459 votes, 40 voted in favour of the sack.

From those 40, 38 was made within 24 hours of the bad result.

This is the fifth 'should we sack Martinez' poll since October - all five made immediately after a bad result.

Love the people who vote yes to come up with a realistic better replacement. We'd start a revolving door of utter s***e English managers

12 months to the day.
The rot set in with the sunderland game last year. We were in a great position then to get in the top four.
We bottled it. Lost all momentum. Sure we hung around and had other chances but it was never going to happen.
How people cannot see Martinez has no Plan B is beyond me.
Our end to last season showed no determination, pre-season was terrible and we have got worse as this season has progressed.
His moves in the transfer market are a joke, his tactics are stale and we are sinking faster all the time.
We cannot blame the players, he doesn't know how to play to their strengths it's blindingly obvious to us all.
Those who vote NO get your heads out the sand FFS.
As long as this clown is at the helm we will be in deep sh!t. Just prey it doesn't get too deep.

So we have gone from 40 out of 459 to 59 out of 138.

Im noticing a trend, its almost as if the more defeats we suffer, the more fans want him out?

Dont recall many Moyes out threads

Did you not read 'From those 40, 38 was made within 24 hours of the bad result.'

The same will happen here.

The point is, clearly, the majority of the 'Sack' votes are a result of anger/knee jerk.

It's tedious and embarrassing how these threads seem to pop up immediately after every bad result. The title even cites 'Post-Stoke poll', almost as if for clarity.

Cringing. We lose to Newcastle and wait for "Post Newcastle, Should we sack Martinez...'

So?

As always, i really don't understand what the obsession with moaning about others "kneejerking" is. Football fans get emotional about their team and react badly to defeats.

You nor anyone is ever gonna stop (well, YOU and a few others could lol) it so what people hope to achieve by being all superior and looking down their noses at "kneejerkers" i don't know.

For me it's just as annoying and clogs the forum up as much as the kneejerking itself.

Personally, I find the moaning about people moaning about knee jerking all the more tedious.

But each to their own.
