So you're saying it's fine, let him stay and take us down?
He wont take us down. Did he take us down in the last 2 seasons?

Two points deductions last season and we easily stayed up.

How soon people forget.

Here's the crisis: 2 losses in the last 8 games and 6th from bottom.

I think he used those deductions to motivate the team. after both deductions we lost the first then went on a winning streak.
I can actually see him being good at that but he's a one trick pony

It amounts to this for me:

He's not the best manager we could have, but he's not the worst manager we could have. Change the manager and it's a massive risk, because we'd only get one shot at getting a better manager.

These players know Dyche and they like him. They'll play for him.

As long as that's the case no Everton board or future owners should even be dreaming about changing manager...and they wont be.

Dyche gaslights the fans and tries deflecting blame from poor results on to other people. He's a class A [Poor language removed].

I just want a manager who sets the team up, against most teams. to try and win.

Dyche sets us up like a lower league team playing Man City, every game.

If we replace him and get relegated I would take that over keeping Dyche. We're going nowhere with him, with or without money.

WTaF?

Are you saying you'd rather go down than stay up with him in charge?

Beyond all help.

A (not very) funny parallel I've noticed, being from Plymouth, is there are Argyle fans trotting out the same arguments in defence of Rooney's shambles as some blues are doing for Dyche.
"Couldn't win a game in league 1 with that team"
"Shocking recruitment the last 12 months"
"Nobody's doing better with that squad of players"
"if Pep was in charge of this lot we'd still be losing"
"We just can't compete financially"

And yet, anyone looking from the outside with no bias knows he's a crap manager, who is never going to cut it at the top, and they'd improve their chances of surviving dramatically if they cut him loose.
The same is true for us, with Dyche.
