I agree, it's pure lunacy even if the rumours are true that we are getting one in soon. Why weren't they the first item on the bucket list given our abysmal recruitment. I still think sacking him solves nothing but there's plenty of good directors around we can poach if he leaves.

He even went and reappointed Brands old head scout. Is it laziness or pure incompetence? The fact a HoR isn't in place for what should be our biggest window ever is horrifying. We must have absolutely nothing to spend in which case replacing him would actually achieve nothing
