Not sure why the huge fuss to be honest.
Surely anyone would rather give them a guard of honour than they actually win the fkin thing at Goodson.
The guard of honour lasts about 20 seconds as the teams walk out and then it's forgotten about. It's not the biggest deal in the world really and it's not like our fans will be doing it, it's the players and they are mainly all mates anyway. Who even remembers the last premier league guard of honour?
Winning it at Goodson would be unbearable cos there would probably be fans on the pitch the players would all be celebrating etc for half an hour at least. News footage of it for 24 hours rolling news, and then no doubt they would sing about it and have banners about it for years to come like arsenal fans when they won it at white hart lane.
There's still a chance there won't be either anyway. If man city win every game it's impossible for both to happen.
