Nah. I've developed a thick skin for rs now. This footy mallarky has become less important over the years. Take yesterday for example. 4 nil down, turned the TV over to binge watch the traitor on iplayer. Had some chocolate, chatted to the kids and went to bed at midnight. Woke up, checked if lampard had been sacked, went to work and now I'm reading tales if woe and misery. Our club is a monumental fudge up, but that's fine. It's character building. Regarding the board, they owe us nothing. We still travel in droves to watch a bunch of overpaid players achieve nothing. Supply and demand unfortunately.

Despite my post you’re 100% correct , I wish I could detach and I’ve tried. The closest I’ve got was under the previous manager, but then you become engaged again . I no way am I saying it’s a good thing but they drag you back in , I certainly agree on the damage it does to your mental health. I’d like nothing more than to watch them , shake my head have a beer and move on like I do with other sports . I blame my parents !

How many of them players felt like you this morning .I don’t think that many and that’s worrying I watched the body language of some of them last night and honestly they couldn’t be arsed . The grandkids all play footy for the local club North Lakes, they like to go and watch live footy, but find tv footy booooring Especially Everton...they like the pink kit though.
