Yeah, from the things ive read in the past couple of days you can sense Martinez wants to sell him. The way he says it's important for him to get games ahead of the WC and that he's been open to Jela and the media that he is available for sale at the right price.
And he's doing the right thing saying he's loathe to sell him and if it wasn't a WC year it wouldn't be up for discussion and like you say, that 2 goal performance yesterday did him no harm and tbh, the way he dispatched that pen, although he missed, I think he was showing off abit in front of Redknapp to show that he's not lost any confidence and trying to convince QPR he could be the man for them?!
Martinez as said aswell that he will only sell Jelavic as if he loans him out he cant replace him. So that for me suggests he wants him gone for a good price so the money can go towards a replacement he as lined up.

It's all gone really quiet for now pal. Maybe this week things might start to pop up or happen with there not being a game every 2 or 3 days, there's a bit of a break in the week for clubs to start talking and sh!t

....RM a big fan of Sunderland contract rebel Jack Colbeck according to todays reports. Doesn't look like anything will happen 'till the summer. Just saying.

18 goals in 26 apps for Burnley, looks good at that level and scored against Southampton yesterday. Who knows tbh, the amount of strikers that boss the Championship and League 1 but can't do it in the PL is vast.

Holt, Lambert, admittedly later on in their careers after putting hard yards in but it doesn't happen too often, Brett Angell was a machine in lower league footy.

They both got promoted with their respective clubs though, I'm talking players who are tearing it up in the champ making the jump. It doesn't happen often at all. At a push you could actually say Beckford is close, he had a good season.
