stick to your "yeah yeah lad any signing we make Bobbie will make him boss togger lad"

its terrifying the siege mentality that has been created since Moyes done one, its become borderline RAWK style blind devotion to everything the manager does on here.

The fact STOKE - a mid table/relegation side who are made up we are signing a player who cant even get in their side, has a worse attitude, and less goals than jelavic- doesn't that set alarm bells ringing? if not im not even gonna bother mate.
Given that we aren't going to sign Kenwyne Jones mate, I really wouldn't be getting so angry about it yet.

Can I hold you to this?

Widely reported (here from the Guardian)

Roberto Martínez has claimed leading clubs throughout Europe want Everton to take their young players on loan next season following the impact of Romelu Lukaku and Gerard Deulofeu at Goodison Park.

....

"Clubs have been offering us players," said Martínez, who may make another loan signing in January. "They have seen the other loanees and how well they have been looked after. It hasn't happened with the clubs in the UK but it has happened from abroad. We have had phone calls from clubs asking about taking their players for next season. They see it as a perfect step up in their career.

"Put yourself as a director of football. You spend £20m on a youngster but there is no place for him in your team yet. Where are you going to send him? You aren't going to send him somewhere that he is not going to develop or be at a club with a different style. That's a danger. You are not bothered about making the team, you are sending him to get stronger.

"When you have got a big investment, you cannot give it away easily. I think that you want to make sure that the next step is the right one for a player's development. Teams that have got great investments for their squads will want them to come to Everton rather than elsewhere. That is a compliment. And it is something that is very important for us."

I think Everton signing Kenwyne Jones would finally irrefutable evidence that there is no God.

That said, I don't think we will.

But if we do, I'll give him time to prove himself.

That photo just fills me with rage.

6m we spent on him, nobody wanted him. He's rubbish, played a few games, looked crap, got injured and is now taking home 45k a week for doing nothing.

Fume.

What a joke!

We spend the least out of all 20 Premier League clubs in the summer, after selling our star player for almost 30million pound, only for us to sign the likes of Kenwyn Jones, McGeady and Kone.

Bunch of amateurs, haven't got a chance in reaching the Champions League.

Pathetic.

Kenwyn Jones who we haven't signed. Aiden McGeady who we got on the cheap and hasn't played yet. Arouna Kone who was essentially a higher scoring pound for pound swap with Victor Anichebe, unfortunately injured before he got match fit after Ramadan.

We've hardly missed Fellaini, and McCarthy has proved more than capable. Compare with big money signings like Andreas Cornelius who's barely seen the bench, and Ricky van Wolfswinkel who so far has as many PL goals as Tim Howard.

You seem supremely confident about this, I wish I shared you confidence!

If it just cropped up in the Mirror by Nixon, I'd laugh it off too.

But It's popped up from a few different sources, one of them being the Guardian which worries me.
