Yes mate I watched him against the ****e last year and I thought he looked better with the ball on the deck, saying that, Anzi weren't lumping it forward much so can't comment on his aerial ability. Certainly looked decent with ball to feet though. Strange one imo so would be surprised if this is a goer.

He actually looks a pretty good option. Would be ideal to bring on with 20-25 minutes to go. Just find it quite stupid Monaco can loan out a 15m player soon after buying him. Can't complain though.

Unconfirmed reports are circulating tonight that Lacina Traore has snubbed West Ham and is heading for Everton.

Twitter is ablaze with the story which if true would fly totally in the face of work permit regulations covering the player’s move to the UK.

It took two days for the permit to be granted and under its terms West Ham United became the sponsor of the player named on the work permit – Lacina Traore.

We were told by a spokesman: “This is not transferable without the permission of the club and the Home Office. The club would need to submit a change of employment application to Home Office to change details on the work permit.
Any other club would not be able to make a fresh work permit appeal as rules forbid hearing appeals for the same player within a four month period.”
At this moment the stories are unconfirmed but it seems that if the player is heading for Merseyside the permit regulations have been well and truly breached and that a huge legal battle could be about to erupt berween the Hammers and the Toffees if this turns out to be the case.
We will keep you updated as soon as we receive further details but.

There will be a loan fee involved, probably hefty too, given we're dealing with a £15m player. Lukaku's loan cost several million too.

That's where all the Jelavic money will be going.

And yeah, we should still have £10m left over from Fellaini but you know how that goes.

We still may end up doing that. I think we needed 1 in when Jelavic was here so now we need 2 to share the workload. 1 loan and 1 permanent and we would have excellent options up top then.
