There will be a loan fee involved, probably hefty too, given we're dealing with a £15m player. Lukaku's loan cost several million too.

That's where all the Jelavic money will be going.

And yeah, we should still have £10m left over from Fellaini but you know how that goes.

I don't think it did really.

According to Sheedy we paid 3million for the season but Chelsea paid his wages, which is about 60k a week.

So basically he's cost us less this year than Heitinga has.

Why would he need to appeal a week later? I mean, I realize it's a government bureaucracy, but...

The only thing better than this would be shipping £1/2M up M62 for Barry, giving RM one more loan opening. Can't see City agreeing to that, however.

He said himself a month ago he doesn't think January offers good value for permanent transfers.

Prices are higher. So just calm down mate.
