We really are a joke of a ****ing club arent we?
We have 3 players now who are out for the season, more injured. we have literally 3 midfielders at the minute, with one still recovering from an injury, a broken bone at that. We have lost one loanee to injury, just about getting one back and the other loanee hasn't trained for 2 months until he turned up here. Our only other striker is another loanee and he's injured as well and we are forced to play a 20 year old in defence because we have noone else. This is on the back of selling 2 strikers and our top scorer from last season for over 40 million pound in total.
And the only thing we plan to do is ****ing sell more of our squad!
Mike Ashely is a joke of a chairman but at least he spends the money that they get for transfers, we apparently have to get into the champions league by selling everyone and bringing no-one in. But of course, we won't do that because the teams who will challenge over the next 3 months have spent money and bought players, not sold them to pay the bills. I don't care whether we are saving money for the summer, which we clearly aren't as time as told us. This basically screams of a waste of a season AGAIN unless we win the F.A cup but not though not being good enough, oh no. Its come from selling more and more players and not replacing them with anyone in the squad.
A geordie recently said on youtube that you are meant to take your kids the match and say these are the best players in the world son, and they play for us. Except for us its a case of, look son, theres ross barkley, he is going to be the best in the world one day. But he will be doing that elsewhere because we seem to enjoy selling players to other clubs and lying to the fans about replacing them.
We will be stronger after the window closes eh? Well considering the team isnt even fully fit then that is yet another lie from the club isn't it?

I think from what Traore said there's a good chance we'll sign him permanently in the summer if he does well enough. Perhaps this is why Roberto is so reluctant to spend anything in this window cos he knows he's committed to shell out 10m on Traore. Didn't they only sign him to help Anzhi out anyway?

I'm sorry, for better or worse we all love the club but sometimes it can drive you mad!
To be honest i am just tired of going into a season and doing the whole groundhog day thing minus Bill Murray. I mean what has changed? 2 years ago we got beat at anfield 3-0, and we have not progressed at all since then. New manager and all that but we are still nowhere closer to the top than we were 2 years ago.
As much as it pains me to think, what is the reaction going to be when the club sells Barkely, or Mirallas, or McCarthy, or Coleman or any other asset we have that we actually own? Its a vicious circle, except when we do it, we just make the money just *poof* into thin air haha
Remeber, the club has sold every asset off the field already and 84 p in every pound goes into the team.
We can all hang our hopes on Lukaku or traore signing but in reality we have no chance! Lukaku can go to any champs league club, if not chelsea and traore has only just been signed?!
