All those saying we should be signing Holtby - why?
He plays either wide (where he's less effective) or as a number 10 (where we have Barkley).
Wide players are not an area we need to strengthen and we don't need an expensiveback-up to Barkley
I like Holtby, I don't think he's been given enough opportunities at Spurs, but we simply don't need him - he can't play a holding midfield role which is the area we desperately need.

1) He's going to cost in excess of £5m, which is money which should first be spent on players we actually need
2) His rumoured wages at Spurs are £70k per week - that would make him our 2nd highest paid player
