Yep, we still have so little margin for error. I think 4 points is about right. And I want no part of having to win on the last day, anything can happen in a one game scenario. Realistically, if we can beat Wolves, then we might just need a draw on the final dayWe have to build on last night's performance now - one of the best away wins for some time I have seen - over the moon this am & last night, but let's celebrate when we are well clear 4 games 1 win & a draw needed minimum imo - if we can play like that we will shoot up the league .....
McMessiGreat thread well deserved
I definitely said his one-footedness was ridiculous because he wasn’t exactly James or Messi… well McMessi proved me wrong since Dyche came in
James?!? James’s right foot was significantly better than the left foot of most of our right footed players ffs!Just a coincidence tbh, James and McNeil are the most one footed players I’ve seen play for us - happy to hear some right footed examples too!
Also, left foot players can be described as having ‘a wand of a left foot’ (think Baines, Sheedy, James, Bily, Digne) but why have I never heard anyone have a wand of a right foot?
I for one will be dissatisfied if, when we sell him on, he doesn't give an interview slating Everton and Evertonians for not being sufficiently grateful for his role in keeping us up.Thanks to all who have participated.
I wasn't looking to judge, just see who owned up. In his early days he WAS dire but as fans I genuinely think we have less patience than most.
We're so starved of success everyone needs to hit the ground running or they're in for a torrid time.
Time will tell if this is a purple patch or a regular level he's capable of. Either way, if we stay up his performances in the last 3rd of the season will have more than covered his fee and then some.
Remember Toffees, cheer... don't jeer.
