He's a very good manager, quite clearly shown by the continued rise we've had under him. His lack of faith in our academy players has annoyed quite a few here and some of his Eredivisie transfers have been questionable to say the least. However, they are the only two negatives I can think of during his stint.

I don't think he's a long-term manager and I don't think he'll stay too long when Barcelona eventually come knocking for him. He'll do a fantastic job for you and probably get you back up to where you think you should be, it's a shame we're losing him but he was never going to extend past his current contract and I honestly believe that we've told him he can go because of that. I wouldn't even want us to compete with the figures that are being thrown around tonight, you're definitely overpaying and it somehow feels like a bit of a panic option from Moshiri.

We've continued to progress despite losing managers and key players over the past few years and I'm sure we'll do the same again. Good luck with him if it actually does go through, feel free to take Wanyama and Pelle alongside him as well.

But with a much bigger hear and not as stylish footwear.

But being honest I've never noticed his footwear, my eyes instantly get the attention of the massive globe in between his shoulders
Yes imagine the size of that football brain which is in there.

I do feel for Saints fans

Some are laughing at them for wondering why Koeman would want to leave, but you're always going to rate your own club's standing higher than those who don't support it do

Seeing Blues look down on them and laugh at them during what must be an unpleasant moment, doesn't sit right with me

Before we won the lottery with Mr. Moshiri, we were often in Southampton's position. I've seen so many good Everton sides torn apart by player sales, while fans of other clubs laughed at me for being angry about it. When Arteta left, I distinctly remember Man United fans being baffled at my annoyance, considering the financial gap between us and Arsenal

Some Saints fans may be acting like beauts, but that's mainly because they're upset at the prospect of losing a good manager, and the very likely outcome that he may then turn around and poach some of their best players on the way out

It's the same way a lot of us probably felt about 4-5 years ago when Spurs were courting Moyes

So I'm not going to have a go at The Saints fans. I feel sympathy for them and hope they make the right appointment should Koeman decide to move on. We've felt their pain in the past

I'm sure as well that a lot of the people who complained about Moyes coming in for Baines and Fellaini will have no problem with Koeman coming in for Saints players and trying to get the lowest fee possible for them, just as they were happy for Martinez to pillage Wigan on his way out

Happy to pillage Wigan? - blimey I wish he had only brought some pies with him

I hope they get Neil Warnock as manager, get relegated so they can defend the St Johnstones Paint Trophy like they deserve. I also hope an asteroid hits the borderline of Southampton causing the city to break off from the UK and float off around France and Spain down the Med to the Middle East.

This will help the Arab world to stop hating Israel as they hate Incest more than the Jewish people.
