Haven't seen much of Southampton, what type of players are their main threats

Need to watch out for Mick Channon, though to be fair I've not seen much of them lately either.

I feel this is going to be a tough test for us. Frank Lampard will have to have really done his homework and drilled into the players exactly what is needed from them if we are to take any points from this Match.

Personally I am really looking at this game as a marker of what the players truly have in them for the rest of the season.

We did our bit as fans against Leeds and the team responded. For away games, it is more up to the players to want to do it for themselves and have passion and pride in their own performances. I am hoping I see it from them without needing a full goodison crowd to get them up for it but sadly I have seen this team do exactly the opposite so many times that I don’t hold out much hope

Great point. Can't see the team being able to travel today.

They might be able to get there late in the evening but it doesn't seem ideal preparation.

There is also 50+ mph winds on Saturday before, during and after the game too.
