Always hated Southampton. Not the first time they’ve derailed one of our promising seasons.

Nothing has been derailed. We arent as good as people thought we are but its 1 game and what matters is how we react.

Today was just crap but we arent the only team to have not turned up in a game. If we are crap again next week then that's a different story.

A lot of us seem to have written 4th spot off after today. I think that’s premature. It’s true that we have no depth. However, if we have our best starting XI available for the vast majority of our league matches this season we’ve got a chance of getting 4th, albeit an outside one. I’m just excited by the prospect of how good we might be by this time next year or this time in 2022 because Carlo has improved us dramatically since taking the helm in December.

Agree. I watched the game back in full coz my family were annoying the jaysus bollox outta me for the live game and we looked so sluggish. Very tired and slow to make a decision on a pass and very slow to press the space. Taking nothing away from Le Tissier’s love children they played well. Dont feel like we saw the true blues today
