Sam has us walking backwards. 7 points off 17th. Crucial game against the Baggies now at home if he doesn't play two strikers up front he needs to be fired on the spot. This is becoming unbearable.

He won't. We know what he's like as a manager and that won't change. It's what our pathetic board signed up for, against the wishes of 99% of evertonians by the way.

One up front and we will probably beat them one nil.

Grim.

Cortina (what ever his name is) is not a left back. Sigurdasson (however you spell it) is not a left midfielder. Spurs where on it from the start. It worked a treat. No change from BFS. He has got to go for it against WBA. Against his very nature. As has been said previously RIP school of science hooooooooof.

Kenny not ready, but nobody else can play there until Seamus is back. Wouldn't be surprised if he only plays three or four games this season Seamus.

Holgate looks impressive, but the other options at centre back are relegation material.

Baines is finished and we are playing our third choice right back as left back as we have nobody else.

Big buys Schneiderlin, Klaassen Bolasie are horrific, costing us over 70m and offering us nothing at all.

Other signings Niasse and Sandro are awful, seems everybody else knows this too hence no offers for them.

Gueye cannot pass a football, Rooney passes to the opposition more often than to his team mates.

Lookman is good when given a chance but somehow not trusted. He can't be worse than Lennon surely.

Sigurdsson is shunted into a position he can't play in to make room for Rooney, thus offering us very little.

Tosun looked good, but he'll not be a success in this team. We have nobody who can pass a football. Can't remember the last time somebody played a through ball for our striker to run onto.

The club absolutely stinks, from the inept CEO to the pathetic Kenwright and ambitionless Moshiri who will happily have us stay in the league just to take the TV money, right down to the players on the field, so-called captains Jagielka, Williams, Rooney. Seamus would be a better captain film he injury room, and onto the worst managerial appointment in our history.

We can go down. We've had our purple patch and it's back to reality now with four defeats on the spin. Palace sacked de Boer in four games as they looked awful, yet we'll give Allardyce the time and money to take us down a division with his disgusting football.

Correct the Left hand side was our problem yet again, I'm not sure though we have the players fit at the moment to improve it. Garbutt perhaps but who left midfield?.

Any semi decent left back will improve us. It will be crazy if we don't sign one this Jan.
If we don't sign a left back or bring Gallloway back, I'm binning Everton off the next season. It's been piss poor to watch for three years now- it's been a waste of grands of £ and time, it's not as if the problems aren't so bloody obvious.

And now there's something called wedding day winners on Tv, and it's making everything worse.

Really poor stuff for that goal. Why didn't we just sit in like we have in other away games? Always one man down because we went 2 up front instead of taking Rooney off.
To be honest, the park-the-bus strategy has been lambasted on here. At least this game has shown we can't go toe to toe with excellent footballing sides like Spurs and Man City. We just don't have the same class of player, or attack-minded manager. It's a crying shame the way the summer transfer strategy backfired. At least Sam has bought well with CT.
